OUR TEAM

Kevin Conley, President 

Kevin has over forty-years experience in the construction industry. Kevin started working for his Dad, Joe when he was young. Together they have built PCI to become a general contracting company with self performance in painting and other various construction trades. Kevin is over the federal acquisition procurement. He manages the state, local and private customers. He is in charge of ensuring all projects meet customer satisfaction. Kevin has three children and two grandchildren. He is an active member in his church. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and music.

Joe Conley – Vice President 

Joe grew up in Saylersville, Kentucky. He started in painting in 1960 in Dayton. In 1982 he started a painting business with a partner, then in 1993 started his own painting company Protective Coatings, Inc.

Joe has a son, three grandchildren and two great-grand children.

Kaylee Lebo, Chief Operating Officer  

Kaylee graduated from Wright State University with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She received her Master in Business Administration from the University of Dayton in 2021.Kaylee began working in the office during school breaks when she was younger or following her Dad, Kevin around taking notes and measurements for him. Kaylee manages the day-to-day operations for PCI, including finance, accounting, human resources and contract administration. She also does business development and strategic planning for PCI. Kaylee has a Husband and two sons. They enjoy traveling and showing horses. Kaylee is on various community boards, serves as coffee ministry lead at her church and is a commissioner for Preble County Parks. 

Nic Rausch

Nic graduated from Indiana State University with a BS in Construction Management. Nic has over 19 years of experience in both commercial and federal construction. Nic’s duties include pre-construction, coordination, contract administration, cost control, project execution, submittals,  scheduling, estimating, QC, Safety, and closeout. When Nic is not at work, you are likely to find him assistant coaching wrestling, attending his kids horse related activities or farming.

Dennis Mundt 

Dennis graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Building Construction Technology. Dennis has over 40 years experience in construction estimating and project management. Dennis duties include estimating, bidding, project management and supervision for painting and coating projects as well as general construction and prime contracting of Industrial and Commercial projects. Have estimated and managed more than five hundred projects ranging from a few hundred dollars to multi-million dollar projects. These include projects at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, the University of Dayton as well as several private sector and public and municipal projects in the manufacturing, facility maintenance and construction industry.”

 Gary Stoltz 

Gary started as a journeyman painter at Protective Coatings, Inc in 2002. Gary currently is our waste water treatment plant and water treatment plant supervisor. Gary duties include site coordination, supplier resource, human resources, safety, and quality control.

Rebecca Scarberry 

Rebecca has been with PCI since 2020. She came with a wealth of knowledge in Office Management. Rebecca’s duties include payroll specialist, certified payroll administrator, accounts payable, accounts receivable and contract support. Rebecca likes to camp and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.

Scott Jones

Scott has worked for PCI for 28 years. Scott is lead superintendent for paint and coatings projects at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. He has a wealth of knowledge on customers and buildings at WPAFB. Scott enjoys coaching baseball for college, enjoys hunting and spending time with his family. 

Clifton Conley 

Clifton started working for PCI in 2017. He is project management support. Helping with certified payroll reports, progress billing, site condition reports, and construction progress reports. 

When Clifton is not working he likes to play video games.

Mike Dickinson 

Mike started working for PCI in 2014. Mike has over 15 years experience in the construction field. He is a journeyman carpenter managing and directing self-performance and subcontract work in accordance with plans and specifications in a safe and efficient manner and handles daily coordination of project execution.

Bruce Williams 

Bruce has over 40 years of experience in the construction field. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BS in Civil Engineering. Bruce leads project estimating, pre-construction coordination and on-going project management. Bruce likes to spend time at his cabin in West Virginia and shooting sports.

Cody Lebo 

Cody has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. Cody is a journeyman painter, site supervisor, quality control manager and site safety and health officer at PCI. When Cody is not at work he is helping his two sons with coaching and showing their horses.
